Job Summary:

Sidello Asset Management is seeking a leasing agent for New Berlin Leasing office, which manages two multi family complexes. Hoping to start as soon as possible.

Hours: 10-5:00pm, three days per week, possibly four days if willing to travel.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets, assists, and attempts to lease apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
• Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
• Maintains all resident files both physical and digital in Rent Manager
• Performs additional functions from time to time as requested by owner
• Minimum of 6 months experience in multifamily housing
• Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
• Have good verbal and written communication
• Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents.
• Must be an organized self-starter
• Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
• A valid Driver's License and a clean background check required.
