Paralegals play a key role in assisting our attorneys, performing tasks like preparing immigration filings, research, and legal writing, while our attorneys are responsible for representing clients in court, and signing applications and filings. We are seeking a business immigration paralegal with experience doing both skilled and unskilled labor certifications to provide support to attorneys in preparing immigration-related filings, including but not limited to:
Experience working as a business immigration paralegal doing both skilled and unskilled labor certifications is required.
