Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our Louisville team. This role focuses on supporting marketing campaigns through direct customer interaction, event support, and brand promotion.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in executing in-person marketing campaigns and promotions
* Support event-based marketing initiatives
* Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
* Interact directly with customers to promote products and services
* Help track campaign performance and customer feedback
* Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to learn and grow in a marketing environment
* Ability to work well in a team setting
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
* No prior marketing experience required (training provided)
