Job Title: Order Puller

Location: Chino, CA

Schedule: 12:00 PM – 11:30 PM + OT Daily

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Order Puller to join our team in Chino, CA. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, pulling, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to meet productivity goals while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pull orders based on pick tickets or RF scanner instructions
• Prepare and stage orders for shipping or delivery
• Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (forklift experience is a plus)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet daily productivity and performance targets
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to work extended hours and daily overtime

Work Environment:

This position works in a warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and moving equipment.
