Job Description

Contingent upon contract award.

First Division Consulting is seeking a Training Manager to oversee the design, development, and implementation of MAGTF C2 training products. This leadership role requires a strong background in military training programs and curriculum development.

The contractor shall perform the following task(s):

• Manage all training activities, including courseware development and instructor performance.

• Ensure training products meet instructional design standards.

• Coordinate and supervise training events.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in developing and delivering military training programs.
• Knowledge of MAGTF C2 systems and curriculum development principles.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• An Active Secret clearance is required.
• Must be a US citizen.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
