We are conducting a confidential search for a talented and passionate Vegan Chef to lead the culinary program for an upscale concept in Winnetka, IL. This is a unique opportunity for a creative chef who is deeply committed to plant-based cuisine and excited to push the boundaries of modern vegan dining.

• Lead all kitchen operations with a focus on innovative, high-level vegan cuisine
• Develop seasonal, creative plant-based menus that elevate the guest experience
• Source high-quality ingredients and build relationships with local purveyors
• Train, mentor, and inspire a culinary team to execute at a high level
• Maintain consistency, presentation, and excellence in every dish
• Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen efficiency

• Proven experience as a Vegan Chef , Executive Chef, or Sous Chef with strong plant-based expertise
• Passion for vegan cuisine with a creative and modern approach
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Solid understanding of food cost controls, ordering, and kitchen systems
• Experience in upscale or chef-driven concepts preferred
